How it Works: Booking Your Sports Session
Coordinating around game schedules and Montana weather can feel tricky, but we make the entire process completely seamless for you. Here is exactly how we pull it all together:
1. Secure Your Season Slot:
First, we lock in your senior's portrait session date and the general season for their sports coverage. If their team's schedule is already available, we can book that as well. Because game schedules shift and sports seasons are short, we limit the number of athlete bookings we take each semester. Secure your spot early to guarantee availability.
2. Plan the Portraits & Choose Your Game:
We will collaborate on locations that fit your senior's vibe, whether that’s a mountain backdrop at Hyalite, the urban textures of downtown Bozeman, or right on their home turf. At the same time, you’ll look at the team schedule and pick the specific home game, match, or meet you want me to shoot.
3. Game Day Pro-Level Sideline Coverage:
You enjoy the game, I’ll handle the pressure. I show up with professional, high-speed sports gear ready to capture the intensity. From warmups to the final whistle, I focus entirely on your athlete, tracking their movements to catch the big plays, the focus on the bench, and the candid team camaraderie.
4. The Final Gallery Delivery:
Within 2–3 weeks of completing both sessions, you will receive a beautiful, high-resolution online gallery. The images are neatly organized into two collections: pristine, fully polished lifestyle portraits and high-energy, razor-sharp action shots. You get full digital download and printing rights.
How the Digital Selection Works:
When your gallery is ready, you will receive a gallery of images to choose from. Select your favorites and those will become available for download while the rest will be available for purchase if you wish. Want a few extra photos beyond what's included? You can easily purchase individual extras or unlock the entire gallery for a flat upgrade fee!
